Covid quarantines ‘likely to include’ people travelling from Italy, Greece and Sweden

Travellers arriving in the UK from Italy, mainland Greece and Sweden could soon have quarantine restrictions imposed upon them, according to the latest figures.

Italy is one of the most popular foreign destinations which UK holidaymakers can still visit without needing to isolate for 14 days when they return.

Travelling by ferry between Finland and Sweden is now permitted without restrictions

From 19th September it is permitted to travel without restrictions between Finland and Sweden and Germany, among other countries, Finnlines says in a press release. Estonia has already been open to passenger traffic since earlier.
