No refunds for railcard users despite travel restrictions : CityAM

More than 5.1m people who were unable to use their railcards for months due to the coronavirus pandemic will not be entitled to refunds, the government has decided.

In March, passengers were told to avoid non-essential rail travel wherever possible in a bid to free up services for essential workers.

Microsoft outage brings down Office 365, Outlook and Teams for users around the world

Microsoft has said it is investigating an outage that brought down its cloud-based office services worldwide.

The firm reported issues with authentication for its cloud services, with users having issues logging into the likes of Teams, Outlook and Office.
