With new COVID-19 cases going up in Michigan and Wisconsin, you might want to vacation locally. But staying in the vicinity doesn’t mean you can’t do it in style. Here are some Chicago rentals that offer a change of scenery for a staycation that is still very Instagrammable.

According to data from Vacation rental search aggregator VacationRenter.com, nearly 80% of respondents agreed that there is an opportunity to vacation within 50 miles of their home, and over half agreed this type of vacation can be just as enjoyable as going somewhere farther away.

Here are VacationRenter.com’s top eight rentals in Chicago.

Former firehouse in West Town

This West Town home sleeps 14 people, and has five bathrooms and four bedrooms in almost 4,000 square feet of space. There are three floors of space to spread out in this old Chicago firehouse. Average cost per night: $1,839.

Fulton Market fun

The top floor of this Fulton Market building is advertised as two side-by-side designer penthouse apartments that sleep 24 people total. Included in each apartment are a kitchen, living room, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Average cost per night: $1,163.

Logan Square luxe

This Logan Square rental has eight bedrooms and 5 1/4 u00bd bathrooms. The main home and guest home are joined by the backyard, allowing for large groups to enjoy time together while having plenty of elbow room. Average cost per night: $1,514.

Douglas digs

This single-family home in the Douglas neighborhood (read: near McCormick Place, Soldier Field) has a roof deck, four bedrooms and 3 1/4 u00bd baths, and sleeps eight. Average cost per night: $745.

Plenty of room in River West

Two townhouses in River West provide eight bedrooms and 7 1/4 u00bd baths for at least two dozen people to rest comfortably. Average cost per night: $1,823.

Uptown mansion

Always wanted to know what it was like to live in a mansion? You can do it at this Uptown address that touts nine bedrooms and 3 1/4 u00bd bathrooms (and five parking spots). The mansion sleeps 21 people, and the average cost per night is $958.

Portage Park posh

This Portage Park home has a garden, grill facilities, free Wi-Fi and free private parking. With five bedrooms and four bathrooms, this space has an average cost per night of $1,100.

Southwest flair in Logan Square

This Southwest-themed Logan Square space has four bedrooms and two bathrooms, and can sleep 13. Guests have 1,800 square feet to themselves, as well as access to the backyard. Average cost per night: $438.
